Grappa Barolo

Grappa Barolo is produced with the pomace of grapes of a fine wine from the Langhe: Nebbiolo grapes are grown in the area where Barolo wine is obtained.

This grappa is producing using pomace from the Nebbiolo grapes grown in the zones from which Barolo is produced.

Steam is used to extract the alcohol. This steam, full of aromas, is then sent to the distillation equipment. From there, the grappa is stored in stainless steel tanks and subsequently aged in oak barrels for at least a year. These barrels give the grappa its yellowish colour.
