AGEING: it ages in 5,000 liter oak barrels for two years; refined in bottles for approximately 6 months.
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 13,5%- 14%
DURATION: at least 10 years
CHARACTERISTICS: harmonic body, delicate yet intense bouquet of fruits and spices. To be served at 18° C (64°F) with dishes of fine red meat and game, and perfect in concluding an exquisite meal.
